So, last night I went out with a few friends to celebrate the festive season. There was flowing rapport between people, eased somewhat wine as we waited for the starters, mains and desserts to be served at intermitting times. The restaurant staff looked a little but run off their feet to say the least.

Anyhow, the time came when we were all suitably fed and watered, we donned our coats or wraps and headed for the local music-blaring bars.

I have to mention now that it has been probably over 2 years since I’ve frequented such haunts on a Saturday evening and after last night I remembered why.
